This is the house of prime cuts of meat from around the world, as well as fish and poultry, cooked in the world-famous Josper grill/oven, known to bring out the qualities of each carefully sourced ingredient.
The stylish indoor dining area and the Grillroom terrace have magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea whilst you get to watch your food being prepared in the open kitchen.
The GrillRoom has received one Toque D’or award in 2019.
A carefully crafted wine list complements the menu with exceptional wines to marry with your preferred dish and to enhance your senses.
